Our First Myth Workers' Salon Recording

Courage, Death & Rebirth, and Trusting Stories' Own Sacred Timing
7

Oh yes, we are definitely going to do this again.

My decision to hold our first Myth Workers’ Salon was a spontaneous one. It was simply the time.

And we’ll do it again on May 5 at 11 AM ET.

Our conversation was broad and deep, like leaping from rock to rock across the river and happily getting our feet wet in the spaces between.

It’s no wonder that we explored the way that certain stories are meant to be told at certain times of year. And then we courted the paradox: those same stories sometimes break their own rules and insert themselves at the most surprising moments.

(Remember what I was saying about how every season is Cailleach season on KnotWork Myth & Storytelling?)

I’d love to hear about what stories are most present for you right now, what gives you courage, and what you’re most curious about as we continue to play with the ways that the mythic world and the “real” world constantly interact.
